YeastMine beta

A beta version of YeastMine is now up at SGD. This is the second InterMine hosted at Model Organism Database, RatMine was released at RGD late last year.

Also see a YeastMine video tutorial at OpenHelix. This talks about interoperability between Mines, we have a lot more features to come in this area.


Coming soon - new search

The upcoming InterMine 0.94 release will include a fast, flexible keyword search over the entire database. Check out some details and a demo.

InterMine

InterMine is a powerful open source data warehouse system. Using InterMine, you can create databases of biological data accessed by sophisticated web query tools. Parsers are provided for integrating data from several common biological formats and there is a framework for adding your own data. InterMine includes an attractive, user-friendly web interface that works 'out of the box' and can be easily customised for your specific needs.
