InterMine's Projects

The ISA-InterMine grant is funded by the Wellcome Trust , collaborating with ISATools in Oxford to integrate ISA metadata into InterMine and make creating InterMine instances quickly and easily on the cloud. This grant's start date is April 2018 and it runs for three years.

This grant is funded by the BBSRC , and runs for three years starting July 2017, with a focus on making InterMine and its data more FAIR - that is, Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable.
